Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga class combines traditional asanas with the use of a hammock. The hammock reduces the effect of gravity and stress in the joints and spine. With the help of the hammock, students can practice challenging flying postures, improve body flexibility and strength while looking at the world upside down! Inverted postures also stimulates blood circulation and rejuvenate the spine.

Aroma Therapy

This yoga practice involves essential oils that correlate with each class' theme. These themes include balance, relaxation, inner peace, joy, invigoration, tranquility among many others. The natural essential oils are procured from sustainable resources and give each yogi mental as well as physical benefits.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. Poses are held for a short period of time and the focus is on the fluidity, motion and rhythm of the breath. Regular practice of vinyasa can improve body strength, flexibility and alignment. Suitable for anyone looking for an invigorating and dynamic practice.

TRX Sweat

Are you ready to SWEAT into the next level of training? This is a high intensity, interval and cardio training class targeted directly at burning calories, building muscular endurance and improving core strength.
Watch your heart rate soar with a dynamic blend of TRX exercises followed by an intense cardio challenge. You will have fun, you will be out of breath and as the name implies… you WILL SWEAT!

Bodyfit 360

A class designed to sculpt all 360 degrees of your body. The workout rolls from exercise to exercise using different props to burn out the target muscle groups. Perfect for body toning and getting a summer body.

Abs & Glutes

All levels. Sculpt your belly and butt with exercises designed to target your abdominal and gluteal muscles for the ultimate quick toning workout.
This class is also suitable for men.


Yogalates, as the name implies, combines both yoga and Pilates. The yogic approach focus on enhancing the mind and body, improving flexibility, strength and balance while the Pilates technique can improve overall core and abdominal strength. Typical yoga postures with strong core workout will be expected in a yogalates class. Suitable for anyone looking to improve core strength, flexibility and overall body wellness.

Relaxing Stretch

A class that focuses on stretching different parts of the body and relaxing the tight and tired muscles. Postures will be held for longer period of time to allow deeper opening of the body. Sometimes the use of yoga props such as blocks and straps maybe required. Suitable for all levels.

Core Yoga

A practice focused on strengthening and toning, awakening small neglected muscles that we hardly use, all while stretching and lengthening our entire body.  

Fat Burn Circuit

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity training level. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. When one circuit is completed, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit.
Cardio is involved in order to burn more fat effectively.

Core Pilates

Hatha Yoga

Hatha class combines traditional asanas with breathing techniques. It’s not a vinyasa based class, some pranayama, and meditation will be expected in class. Regular practice of Hatha yoga makes the body stronger and more flexible while keeping the mind calm. Hatha is about balance of the mind and body and it’s a great way to start with your yoga practice if you are new to yoga.

Detox Flow

Our detox flow is designed to make you sweat and detoxify the body based on a dynamic twisting practice that massage the internal organs, tone the body and build strength. As we are exposed to toxins everyday through the food we eat and the environment we live in, detox flow can purify the body, mind and spirit.

Pound Fit

In POUND Fit class, each participant gets a set of drumsticks. (They’re specially made for the workout and called “rip sticks.”)
This high-intensity interval workout incorporates rhythmic movements to get the class literally pounding the floor as they sweat. The genius of POUND class is that the music and high-energy drumming make the time fly past.

Yoga Wheel

Yoga wheel class gives the individual the ability to expand the chest and shoulders, stretch the hip flexors, and rejuvenate the spine. Regular practice of the yoga wheel allow students to get into deeper stretch, making back bending and heart opening a much enjoyable experience.

Yin Yoga

Yin class is a healing practice that focuses on stretching and aligning the connective tissues of the body. Each posture will be held for a longer period of time to allow students to get into deep stretches. 


HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) - an effective way for fat burning and weight loss under workout strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.


Together we train! Every Thursday, we open the entire gym floor to offer bootcamp training to everyone who like to come train with our trainers! Bootcamps are high intensity circuit training with the use of our gym equipments, together with our peer group will make this training a much more fun and enjoyable experience!
