Yogalates, as the name implies, combines both yoga and Pilates. The yogic approach focus on enhancing the mind and body, improving flexibility, strength and balance while the Pilates technique can improve overall core and abdominal strength. Typical yoga postures with strong core workout will be expected in a yogalates class. Suitable for anyone looking to improve core strength, flexibility and overall body wellness.
A class that focuses on stretching different parts of the body and relaxing the tight and tired muscles. Postures will be held for longer period of time to allow deeper opening of the body. Sometimes the use of yoga props such as blocks and straps maybe required. Suitable for all levels.
Fat Burn Circuit
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity training level. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. When one circuit is completed, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit.

Hatha class combines traditional asanas with breathing techniques. It’s not a vinyasa based class, some pranayama, and meditation will be expected in class. Regular practice of Hatha yoga makes the body stronger and more flexible while keeping the mind calm. Hatha is about balance of the mind and body and it’s a great way to start with your yoga practice if you are new to yoga.
Our detox flow is designed to make you sweat and detoxify the body based on a dynamic twisting practice that massage the internal organs, tone the body and build strength. As we are exposed to toxins everyday through the food we eat and the environment we live in, detox flow can purify the body, mind and spirit.
In POUND Fit class, each participant gets a set of drumsticks. (They’re specially made for the workout and called “rip sticks.”)
This high-intensity interval workout incorporates rhythmic movements to get the class literally pounding the floor as they sweat. The genius of POUND class is that the music and high-energy drumming make the time fly past.

Bootcamps are high intensity circuit training with the use of our gym equipments, together with our peer group will make this training a much more fun and enjoyable experience!
