Founded by a marathon runner and fitness trainer Inez Leong and a group of enthusiastic trainers.

Fitnez is a fitness studio located at Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

With over 1500 square ft., we are well equipped with a spacious gym floor and private stretching room in use of different types of training. 

 

We provide 1 on 1 Personal Training and 1 on 1 Stretching.

We promote training classes to facilitate the needs of students.

Brand and Corporate events, Space rental for personal are welcome.
